A teen mentor who gets to the root of underperformance.
I help parents raise responsible and future ready kids by working directly with their teen on what actually matters: their health, their habits, and their relationship with themselves.

I'm a teen mentor, and I work with kids who are struggling with focus, energy, and drive while their parents are stuck wondering what happened to the child they used to know.
Most of the teens I work with aren't "bad kids." They're exhausted, overstimulated, and running on a body that nobody taught them how to take care of.
And most of the parents I talk to have already tried everything they can think of — tutoring, therapy, stricter rules, longer conversations — and none of it stuck.
I approach it differently. I work with the teen, starting with their health. Sleep, nutrition, stress regulation. Because when the body is supported, the brain can actually function. And when the brain functions, the attitude fades, the grades improve, and the relationship at home starts to heal on its own.
I was always the kid being bullied.
I was people pleasing my way through school, and badly wanting to fit in. I spent most of my teenage years having mood swings and snapping at my parents for things that weren't even their fault.
I needed someone outside my family to help me, but I didn't have that. My parents didn't understand me, my sister was away for college, and I felt completely alone. That did real damage to my self confidence.
I remember crying in my room almost every night, turning to the internet for friends and validation because I couldn't find either one offline. On the outside I looked like an ambitious high potential student — awards, scholarships, performing. On the inside I was burning out with zero support.
If there had been a mentor in my life back then, someone I trusted who wasn't my parent, I would have gotten closer to my dreams earlier and taken care of my health sooner.
Every teen I work with is the version of me that I wish someone had helped.
This is the part that surprises most parents.
During puberty, the adolescent brain is wired to pull away from parental authority and lean toward outside figures — coaches, mentors, and trusted adults who aren't Mom or Dad.
The same advice that gets an eye roll at your dinner table lands completely differently coming from someone outside the family. Someone who isn't grading them, isn't punishing them, and isn't emotionally invested in the outcome the way a parent is.
I become that person for your teen.
I'm in their corner, but I'm not their parent. And because the teen leads the entire process — they schedule sessions, they set goals, they decide what we work on — they actually follow through.
That's the difference between someone telling your kid what to do and someone your kid actually wants to listen to.

After talking to several teenagers, one thing kept coming up: we all wish there was someone who could have talked sense to our parents. Someone our parents trusted, but also someone who actually understood us.
I take that further. I work directly with teens using science backed tools for sleep, focus, nutrition, and stress recovery so they can perform better in school and in life.
My goal is to help this generation of parents raise kids who are responsible, healthy, and future ready — without the constant fighting and drama.
